Privacy Policy

Your email address is the identifier for your account. It is used to authenticate you, to restore access to your account, to deliver service notices, and to associate your subscription with your access rights.

When you use the platform we automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages and features viewed, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and understanding which features are used.

We and our infrastructure providers use cookies and similar local-storage technologies that are necessary to operate the platform — keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences, and protecting against fraud — as well as limited analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but essential cookies are required to stay signed in.

We use analytics to measure aggregate usage — such as which features are opened and where users encounter errors — so we can improve the product. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not sold.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing.

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service: our application-hosting and database platform, our authentication provider, Stripe for payments, our email-delivery provider, our analytics provider, and the sports-data sources that supply schedules, odds, market splits, injuries, and scores. Some providers may process data outside your country; we rely on appropriate safeguards where required. We may also disclose information when legally required, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the platform.

We keep your account and platform data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. After account deletion we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes — such as billing history.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, restricted internal access, and reputable infrastructure providers. Passwords and card data are handled by specialist providers rather than stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Deletion cancels your subscription going forward, removes your access, and deletes or anonymizes your platform data, subject to the retention exceptions described above. Deletion does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

We may send you product and promotional email about Parlay Profit Club. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Transactional messages — billing receipts, trial and renewal notices, security alerts, and important service changes — are part of the service and continue while your account is open.

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the platform and applicable law change. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
