Terms of Service

By creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing, or otherwise using Parlay Profit Club (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Use & Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required where you live — and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for confirming that using an analytics platform of this kind, and any activity you undertake after using it, is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The Service is sold on a recurring subscription basis. Current plans and prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the plan and billing interval you choose, plus any applicable taxes.

Where offered, a free trial gives you full access for the stated trial period at no charge. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged. Free trials are limited to one per person or household and may not be combined with other offers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan until cancelled. We will make renewal terms clear at purchase and provide notice of price changes before they take effect.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling during a free trial ends access at the point of cancellation or trial expiry and avoids any charge.

Except where refunds are required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge in good faith. Losses arising from betting or other decisions you make are never a basis for a refund.

The Service — including its software, models, scoring methodology, datasets, visualizations, text, and branding — is owned by Parlay Profit Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal use. No other rights are granted.

All analytics, probability estimates, confidence scores, grades, historical patterns, projections, and forecasts are estimates produced by models from imperfect data. They are not guarantees, promises, or assurances of any outcome. Data supplied by third parties — schedules, lines, market splits, injuries, and scores — may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Past performance, backtested records, and historical patterns do not guarantee future results. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, current, or profitable.

You are solely responsible for every decision you make after using the Service, including whether to place any wager, how much to risk, and where to transact. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, gambling, wagering, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You should never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Parlay Profit Club and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost wagers, gambling losses, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parlay Profit Club and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, third-party data outages, or events outside our control. Features, data sources, and model behavior may change over time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or unlawful use. If we discontinue a paid service entirely, we will provide a pro-rated refund of any prepaid period that you cannot use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Parlay Profit Club is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
